Torneremo sicuramente

Siamo tornati per la terza volta all'Arenas Son Bou e anche stavolta il villaggio non ha tradito le nostre attese. Guidata in maniera magistrale da Francesco, la struttura funziona in maniera perfetta pronta a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i clienti. Ottima l'animazione. Ottima la cucina. Personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Un'unica nota stonata, alla reception: la scostumatezza del preposto Marc. Mai visto in un villaggio uno scansafatiche così maleducato e arrogante. Nonostante ciò, torneremo sicuramente

We returned for the third time to Arenas Son Bou and also this time the resort did not disappoint our expectations. Masterfully managed by Francesco, the facilities work perfectly prepared to meet the needs of all guests. The animation is excellent. The cuisine is excellent. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Only one shocking note, at the reception: the rudeness of the person in charge Marc. I have never seen such a rude and arrogant bum in a village. We spent some spectacular days with 10 members of my family, the attention of the manager Franchesco and all his team, the entertainment, the bar, the chef, lifeguards etc..

Einer der schönsten Urlaube!!! 100% weiterzuempfehlen

Wir waren in der zweiten Septemberwoche in diesem Hotel. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns bei allen Mitarbeitern sehr wohl, auch wenn wir kaum kommunizieren konnten - trotzdem war ein jeder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen übertrafen die Erwartungen, mittags haben wir auswärts gegessen, da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse der Bar waren wunderschön und der Strand von Son Bou war perfekt. Ein Ort, den ich zu 100 % empfehlen kann. Wirklich spitze!!

We stayed at this hotel in the second week of September. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with all the staff, even though we could hardly communicate - however everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations, we ate out for lunch as we had booked half board. The sunsets from the bar terrace were beautiful and the beach at Son Bou was perfect. A place I can recommend 100%. really great!
